Kids in the Kitchen returns this Spring with an all new session for beginner chefs. Parks and Rec provides young chefs the opportunity to find success preparing their favorite dishes. Safety is important during this class and kitchen etiquette is taught to ensure each participant is safe. Each day of class will have its own theme and will build on the lessons learned in the previous week. Participants will learn to create meals for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Bring your creativity and appetite for this exciting class. Make a mess this winter in Billings Parks & Recreation’s kitchen!
Classes will be held in the North Park Kitchen at 6th ave N and 19th Street. All equipment, ingredients, and other supplies will be provided by Billings Parks and Recreation and the instructor. Bring an apron and be ready to learn, cook, and have fun. Many recipes will be provided and all participants will get to choose as a group what they will be cooking.
