Fitness By Design

Fitness By Design is for those who new to fitness or get tired of always doing the same workout routine.  If this is true for you then this class is for would be a perfect fit for you! A variety of workouts have been compiled into one great series. The class will feature strength training, aerobics, and more. All of the classes are tailored to fit the needs of aging adults, provide a social environment, improve strength, and increase flexibility.
