Swimming is defined to be a very healthy activity that can be continued through most of an individual’s life, due to its low impact on joints, muscles, and bones. The health benefits associated with swimming are worth the effort to give it a try if you haven’t already! Adult Lap Swimming can develop and maintain an individual’s general strength, cardiovascular fitness, and endurance.
Click here to sign up for Adult Lap Swimming. Lap Swimming will be held at Rose Park Pool for 8 weeks throughout the Summer. Swim times are Monday through Friday 7:00-9:00am, and swimmers can sign up for a week at a time. Rose Park Pool is competition length and has plenty of room to accommodate swimmers of all skill levels. And, at $15 for the week, it is a great value! Our lifeguards are First Aid and CPR certified in order to make sure everyone in Rose Park Pool is safe.
