This class will cover a variety of healthy foods geared towards optimal health for Seniors, how to cook it, and it’s nutritional benefits. Some classes will even feature demonstrations and taste testing! We believe in the benefits of combining nutrition and fitness for a healthy lifestyle and have reduced the price to encourage taking both!
