Sit and Get Fit

Sit and Get Fit uses different programming which uses low impact exercises from a chair. This program is focused on empowering all ages and stages to do safe and effective fitness programming. For people ages 55+ on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:30-1:00pm at the Billings Community and Senior Center! Click the link below to register!
