Chair Yoga

Achieve harmony as you relax and gain confidence. Develop strength and balance as you slowly stretch muscles and reduce stress. Although many of the exercises will be done from the comfort of your chair, we encourage you to bring a yoga mat. This allows participants to try alternative exercises. For people ages 55+, on Thursdays from 1:00-1:45pm at the Billings Community Center. Click the link below to register!
