Based on the popular PBS show Sit and Be Fit, we have added additional fitness programming for all levels. “We believe everyone has the right to feel good and age well at any stage of their life. We empower people to improve their lives through safe, effective, wellness programming presented through our media-based non-profit organization.” Along with Sit and Be Fit programming we will have fun toning and dance fitness right from the comfort of your chair.
