Pound is a full-body workout that includes a cardio jam session inspired by drumming. Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted exercise drumsticks you be strengthening you inner and outer thighs, buttocks, core muscles, and back muscles. Many of the positions used in Pound are ideal for helping maintain and improve balance. You’ll sweat, sculpt and ROCK your body and mind.
