This is the perfect class for seniors that want to get moving but are unsure of how to start. If you have recently gone through a surgery or just have not been active for a while, this is the class for you! This class will incorporate standing and sitting exercises designed for beginners, mobility impaired, or balance impaired. Twice a week 45-minute classes will rotate between group exercise and circuit training on exercise machines. Once you leave this class, you will be prepared to enter a more advanced class or begin working out on your own.
