Moderate Motion

 

Strength training can help older adults improve fitness, mobility, strength and balance, emotional well-being, bone health and even reduce fall risk. This class will incorporate standing and sitting exercises designed for beginners, mobility impaired, or balance impaired. Discover how effectively you can exercise, even from your chair! Class is taught in the privacy at the North Park Center which is great for nervous beginners.
