Intro To Yoga



This six-week series introduces yoga to balance the body, breath, and mind. This is a perfect series for first timers, active recovery, aging adults, and people looking to strengthen their foundations. Participants will use yoga techniques and poses to improve strength, balance, focus, flexibility, and mindfulness. Each Class features breathing exercises, energizing movement, deep stretches and ending mediation. Modifications and props make the class appropriate for everyone. *Try your first class for free*
