Billings Parks and Recreation’s Chaos Bootcamp is a high intensity workout class. This boot camp will incorporate cardio and body weight exercises to build endurance and strength. This class routine will vary from interval training to circuit training. This class can be modified for all fitness levels. This boot camp is taught by a certified fitness professional.
The class will meet Tuesdays at the Gorham Park Building at Gorham Park. First session run June 2nd- July 20th. (No class June 30th). Second session runs July 28th-September 1st. Drop in rate is $10. Please be at the class fifteen minutes prior to the class in order to register.
