Back again this summer is one of our favorite outdoor, water-based fitness classes.
Cardio Water exercise is a fun workout that will help you tone up and burn extra
calories with the gentle resistance of water. Flotation noodles and foam dumbbells
will be used and the workout can be modified to your desired level. It’s a safe, fun,
and effective water class for all fitness levels!
