Welcome to the information page of the Partners for Parks Foundation (PFP), previously called the Billings Parks, Recreation and Preservation Foundation, for the City of Billings, Montana.  The Foundation is a non-profit 501(c) 3 public foundation and all donations are tax deductible.  The PFP is NOT affiliated or connected with the Billings Parks, Recreation and Public Lands Department or the City of Billings in any way, although numerous past projects of the PFP have enhanced city park and recreation facilities.

For many years, the PFP has accepted donations to support a variety of park and recreation projects throughout the City. The PFP has also worked with many entities throughout Yellowstone County to secure donations so various projects could be built.  A few of the PFP’s project developments have included Dehler Park, the Billings Depot, Lake Elmo State Park, the Moss Mansion Carriage House, High Sierra and Centennial Dog Parks, the BikeNet Trails, and the Yellowstone Kelly Interpretive Site.

Presently the PFP is working with private groups and the City Parks and Recreation Department to obtain funds for amenities in Centennial Park, Castle Rock Park, Amend Park, Coulson Park and Cottonwood Park.  Your help in needed on these great projects.

Please visit the PFP’s new webpage at www.pfpbillings.org to see more about the on-going projects and to provide anyone the opportunity to make a tax deductible donation to the project of their choice. Donation can be made on the website through PayPal or a check can be sent to the PFP at the following address:
