Intro to Yoga

This six-week series (February 26th – April 2)  introduces yoga to balance the body, breath and mind. This is a perfect series for first timers, active recovery, aging adults and people looking to strengthen their foundations. Participants will use yoga techniques and poses to improve strength, balance, focus, flexibility and mindfulness.

Each class features breathing exercises, energizing movement, deep stretches and an ending meditation. Modifications and props make the class appropriate for everyone.
