Zimmerman Center

Once a Fire Station, this building is located at 1801 Virginia lane at Pioneer Park. The center has approximately 2500 square feet on one level. This building is ideal for groups of 50 or less. The center does have 50 chairs and six tables. There is electricity at this building along with heat.

Facility Rental

To check for availability of the Zimmerman Center, please call (406) 657-8371.  In order to reserve this building, you must come down to the office and fill out the paperwork, along with full payment including damage deposit.

A refundable damage deposit of $150.00 is due for all building rental times.

*Please note that damage deposits are refundable if the building is left clean and there is no damage.  If you pay by credit card it takes about 2-4 business days for the refund.  If you pay by check or cash it will take about 7-14 business days for the finance department to mail a check to the address on the rental agreement. We cannot hold any checks or cash. Keys must be turned in seven days from rental date in order to receive the damage deposit.**
