New to fitness, or get tired of always doing the same workout routine? This class is for you! A variety of instructors and workouts have been compiled into one great series! The class will feature strength training, Zumba, and much more! All of the classes are tailored to fit the needs of aging adults to provide a social environment, improve strength, and increase flexibility.
